As an Order Management Supervisor, you will work with our clients and vendors to manage information, pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies. This role requires a high level of technical and problem-solving abilities related to our fulfillment business.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple systems including Manhattan, Enspire, and E1.
Collaborate with vendors and internal site team members.
Handle accurate and timely inventory management.
Enter data accurately and promptly.
Process billing or credits promptly after thorough research and obtaining management approval.
Operate various computer systems proficiently, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Gain a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.
Essential Skills
Experience in handling inventory management.
Experience with pricing, billing, and credit management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Reliability and strong team collaboration.
Exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Work Environment
This role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There is flexibility for a later shift if needed, with West Coast hours being more prevalent (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM). The first 90 days will be in-office for training, with the potential to move to a team lead position and a hybrid work model up to 3 days a week thereafter. The work location is at 525 Enterprise, spanning two floors full of offices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
