Order Management Specialist

Job Description:

As an Order Management Specialist, you will work closely with clients and vendors to manage information, pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle accurate and timely inventory management.

  • Enter data accurately and promptly.

  • Process billing or credits promptly after thorough research and obtaining management approval.

  • Operate various computer systems proficiently, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Gain a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.

  • Stay updated on new products and services as required by the company and vendors.

  • Utilize the Standard Reporting process to generate and provide reports.

  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to address order-related questions or issues.

  • Assist with additional duties as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience handling inventory management.

  • SAP experience needed.

  • Experience with handling pricing, billing, and credit.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Reliability and ability to work as a team player.

  • Exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
