We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the Professional Services industry, located in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role involves managing full cycle payroll, accounts payable and receivable, sales tax, and invoicing using QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain financial records

• Process client invoices and handle any related inquiries

• Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks

• Manage and file necessary tax documents such as 940, 941s, W-2s

• Calculate and process sales tax for company transactions

• Engage in regular client interaction to resolve questions and maintain relationships

• Oversee garnishments and deductions from payroll

• Enter invoices into the system for record-keeping and payment processing.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Bookkeeping or a related field within the Professional Services industry

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online

• Strong knowledge of Full Cycle Payroll and Payroll - Garnishments

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with entering and managing invoices

• Sound understanding of Sales Tax calculations and regulations

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
