Berman Construction Group Lead Carpenter in Nazareth, Pennsylvania
Role: Lead Carpenter
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Carpenter. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing and participating in carpentry projects, coordinating with Subcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
Carpentry and Finish Carpentry Skills
5+ years of applicable trade experience
Drivers license required
Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
Experience in framing
attention to detail and ability to interpret blueprints and plans
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction
Able to work in all seasons/weather conditions
An Associate's degree or certification in Carpentry or related field is a plus
