Braise and grill fine cuts of meats following Brazilian style recipes with a high degree of skills. Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation. Check the quality of raw or cooked meat to ensure that standards are met. Check the quantity and quality of received products. Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services. Supervise workers preparing inventory by tracking, labeling, and replacing key ingredients. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. Follow all relevant food health and safety guidelines. Take food orders from waiters and coordinate preparation of dishes on time.
Experience with traditional Brazilian style preparation of meats.
