Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions that provide visibility into workforce performance metrics and KPI’s at an enterprise level

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reports

• Analyze historical data and trends to forecast future workforce needs and identify opportunities for improvement

• Design and implement dashboards and scorecards to visualize key performance metrics and trends effectively

• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders on workforce performance, trends, and recommendations

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce management strategies and initiatives

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and efficiency

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce management and reporting

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.

• 3-5 years of Data Analysis

• Experience with conducting and interpreting mathematical or statistical studies

• Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel

• Ability to define data requirements, gather and validate data and other information, and apply judgment to statistical tests

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Communicating critical thought through verbal and written context

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1,100,000.00 - ₹5,900,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
