Physical on-boarding for new joiners

The campus ambassador drives the on-boarding activities along with the HR team, meeting and engaging with the new joiners on their ‘Day 1’ and subsequent days, ensuring their comfort and convenience.

  • Coordinating internally to ensure that all necessary equipment, access, and resources are prepared for new hires.

  • Welcoming new joiners and ensuring a comfortable first day experience for them.

  • Serving as a point of contact for the new joiners, orienting with the campus and its features.

  • Being in constant touch with the HR team and providing required assistance for the on-boarding.

Employee connect

  • Schedule and facilitate regular ODC visits along with the FMG representatives, recording and actioning upon employee feedback and concerns.

  • Introducing the employees to the workplace facilities available on-campus, elucidating upon the usage guidelines.

  • Maintain regular correspondence with team leads and/or ODC spocs, actioning their concerns and feedback related to workplace services.

  • Conduct daily connects with employees at common areas (cafeterias, pantries etc.) and seek their feedback on services.

Campus tours and orientation

  • Conduct campus tours for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the USPs (workspace infrastructure and design nuances, technology enablement, sustainability initiatives, workplace facilities and guidelines).

  • An office campus tour typically involves guiding visitors or new employees through various areas within the office facility. The tour is led by someone familiar with the layout and functionality of the office, providing insights into the company culture, workflow, and available resources.

  • The goal is to not only familiarize participants with the physical environment but also to foster a sense of belonging and promote awareness and appreciation for the policies and practices within the workplace.

Employee engagement

  • Plan and organize regular events which educate, entertain and engage employees.

  • These events are to be themed around organizational initiatives of ecological sustainability, community service, DE&I, wellbeing etc.

  • Encourage and drive employee-participation in the regular engagement events (in-person and virtual events); gather and action feedback.

  • Support hospitality and soft service teams with operations.

  • Maintain and regularly update engagement tracker with feedback and actions.

Quality assurance and stakeholder engagement

  • Drive focus towards delivering service excellence for internal and external events.

  • Ensure adherence and delivery of preferences during visits.

  • Ownership for delivering experiential excellence and enhancing organizational reputation.

  • Stakeholder engagement encompasses the systematic processes of identification, communication, collaboration, and integration of feedback
