Naval Medical Command MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Naval Medical Center, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NMRTC PORTSMOUTH VA. Responsibilities You will assist in collecting, analyzing, and evaluating manpower and personnel data from various sources, which include, but are not limited to: Defense Medical Human Resources System Internet (DMHRSi). You will implement technical guidance provided by higher level analyst on all matters relating to the analysis of evaluation of pertinent manpower and personnel issued and data for the Medical Treatment Facility. You will gather and correlate large amounts of narragive and statistical information. You will assist in developing, coordinating, and monitoring the analysis and evaluation of staff to include education and training. You will report, advise, and provide program related information to the DMHRSi Human Resource Manager. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing statistical analysis. Experience preparing written and oral correspondence, proposals, and presentations to support program mission. Experience assisting with manpower and personnel program management requirements, authorizations, utilization, asset distribution, business case analysis and optimization projects. Experience providing recommendations to correct conditions that adversely impact program management, mission accomplishment, manpower, personnel, efficiency or integrity of the command. Experience overseeing the quality control of in and out processing of Military Treatment Facility (MTF) personnel. Experience implementing technical guidance on current policies and procedures. Experience evaluating reports to discover and rectify discrepancies. GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing statistical analysis. Experience preparing written and oral correspondence, proposals, and presentations to support program mission. Experience assisting with manpower and personnel program management requirements, authorizations, utilization, asset distribution, business case analysis and optimization projects.
