Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NMRTC PORTSMOUTH VA. Responsibilities You will prepare performance reports and monitor the development, coordination, evaluation and implementation of administrative programs. You will conduct surveys, projects or audits on operating programs and analyze findings. You will conduct financial audits. You will brief senior level officials. You will utilize quantitative and qualitative techniques to analyze data and identify trends. You will manage DOD programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting inspections. Experience determining compliance with laws, instructions, or regulations. Experience documenting findings and recommendations in a written report. Experience using quantitative and qualitative techniques to analyze data and identify trends. Experience managing DOD programs.
