Summary You will serve as a Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor I in the MRO Production Department, Production Lines Division of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST. Responsibilities You will coordinate and supervise engine personnel in achieving production operations within various platforms ensuring quality cost, staffing needs and scheduling are met. You will evaluate resources, materials and the number of personnel along with the skill level needed to accomplish scheduled work operations. You will require understanding of rules, regulations and procedures concerning safety, Tool Control Programs, FOD, Fire, good working practices and hazardous Material regulations for the shop. You will handle all personnel inquires, leave request, performance appraisals, record keeping, training requirements to meet production goals. The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability to Lead or Supervise such as: 1) Coordinating and Supervising engine personnel in achieving production operations within various platforms ensuring quality cost, staffing needs and scheduling are met; 2) Evaluating resources, materials and the number of personnel along with the skill level needed to accomplish scheduled work operations; 3) Understanding of rules, regulations and procedures concerning safety, Tool Control Programs, FOD, Fire, good working practices and hazardous Material regulations for the shop; 4) Monitoring the quality aspect of the work by ensuring all work is inspected in the proper sequence; 5) Facilitating production using judgment and analysis in areas such as determining work time, preparing and implementing procedures, detecting bottlenecks, making and interpreting reports, keeping records, interpreting technical data, and making computations.
