Description We are looking to bring on board a talented Web Design Architect based in Natick, Massachusetts. The successful candidate's primary role will be the strategic implementation and maintenance of our Google Tag Manager solutions. This role is pivotal to ensuring accurate tracking, data collection, and insightful reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Google Tag Manager (GTM) solutions across our properties to ensure accurate tracking, data collection, and measurement.

• Utilize a deep understanding of GTM best practices to set up and configure tags, triggers, variables, and data layer elements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data points and design GTM solutions that provide valuable insights into user behavior.

• Work closely with the Google Analytics team to ensure seamless integration and data collection for insightful reporting and analysis.

• Navigate compliance protocols with expertise, implementing GTM solutions that adhere to stringent data privacy regulations.

• Leverage your experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to troubleshoot web-related challenges and ensure optimal GTM functionality.

• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in web technologies and GTM solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.

• Translate complex concepts into impactful, comprehensible visualizations and presentations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive GTM documentation and standards. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a web design architect role or similar

• Proficient in using design tools and software

• Expertise in Google Tag Manager

• Demonstrated ability in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding

• Familiarity with data layers and how to implement them effectively in web design

• Strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently when required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
