Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in NATICK, Massachusetts, United States. This role is a critical part of our team, focusing on providing administrative support, managing communication, and maintaining organization within the office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance office operations

• Maintain a well-organized system for document and information management

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

• Handle email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth office workflow

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasks

• Send out acknowledgement letters and other organizational communications as required

• Process data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company databases and donation software. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in customer service, preferably in an administrative role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to answer inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

• Experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely manner.

• Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively, coordinating schedules to avoid conflicts.

• Ability to multitask, working on several tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to find effective solutions to challenges as they arise.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures as required.

• High level of professionalism, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.

• Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being proactive in completing tasks.
