HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Perform data entry and records updates in HOM SN

  • Contribute to project success by influencing individuals on and outside of your team

  • Collect information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports

  • Produces reporting on an as-needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Determines business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs

  • Provide data analytics and key insights

  • Collect detailed project requirements; anticipate technical needs; collaborate with developers to create future state automated workflows

  • Highlight and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 1+ years of relevant experience

  • US CITIZENSHIP

  • Required to take initiative to develop, run, and present project reports

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.

  • Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders

  • Demonstrated experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team

The likely salary range for this position is $54,496 - $63,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
