Follows day habilitation program activities schedule as set by the Program Supervisor and/or Day Habilitation Coordinator. Follow alternate assignment in case of inclement weather. Implements and documents outcomes of each individuals Day Habilitation program and clinical goals as developed by the Day Habilitation Coordinator and clinical staff. Assures safety of the individuals during all site and community based activities, including the protection from neglect/abuse. Trains the individuals to interact appropriately with peers, staff, and with persons in the community, and to perform volunteer job tasks to the satisfaction of the staff at the community site. Provides the individuals with the necessary training in the area of maintenance and cleanliness of the facilitys work areas and the safe use and care of facilitys equipment. Maintain the health, welfare, and safety of all individuals assigned assigned to the vehicle; Ensure that all individuals are wearing seatbelts and that all doors are locked and closed. Assist the driver in the loading and unloading of all individuals and in placing the individuals in seats most appropriate to their needs. Assist the driver in all emergencies. Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Valid NYS Drivers License. Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.Benefits:
