TEKsystems Vulnerability Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

Security Analyst (Threat & Vulnerability Management) Primary duties include working with managers and other IT leadership to quantify, assess, track and manage the resolution of identified vulnerabilities across various IT systems, applications and infrastructures. Requirements: * Solid foundation in business analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking, including the ability to extract and massage data from various systems that track security vulnerabilities (ServiceNow, Qualys, etc.) and to create ways to visualize, track and manage said data. * Strong communication, coordination, organization, task and time management skills. Ability to document, organize and present security vulnerability data to decision makers in a way that clarifies actions, timelines and priorities for infosec compliance and remediation. * Strong interpersonal skills, having the ability to work independently and as part of a team and the ability to work with appropriate subject matter expects (security architects, IT owners, etc.). * Foundational understanding of cybersecurity with a more-specific understanding of vulnerability management. Cybersecurity-specific certifications a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
