Robert Half UX Designer in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

We are Robert Half are looking to add to our pool of UX Designers to lead the creation of user-friendly digital experiences. You'll take ideas from concept to high-fidelity designs, ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly functional. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered products. We are industry professionals that specialize in recruiting for top talent all over North America. Location: Nashville, TN ( open to hybrid or onsite)

W2 Pay: $35-$55/hr

  • We are looking for someone who is open to PT or FT, Contract, Contract to Hire or Permanent Placements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing.

  • Develop personas, journey maps, and design systems.

  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to align design goals.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent understanding of user experience design for the Web, mobile, and touch devices

  • Experience designing for E-Commerce or transaction-based sites and applications

  • Experience building advanced wireframes and prototypes for both web and mobile

  • Experience in writing detailed interaction specifications (IA, workflow, page functionality and layout, etc.)

  • A good understanding of front-end web technologies

  • Experience with touch-based UI & UX design

  • Knowledge of mobile UI guidelines and patterns for iOS and Android

  • Experience with large cross-functional teams

  • Experience designing for large, complex, digital application projects

  • Experience designing for multiple devices

  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, Axure, Miro and other design tools
