The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within an assigned geographical region. This role involves managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting the company's wire processing products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the wire processing industry.

salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication with customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Travel is required for this position. You will be on the road 3-4 days per week.
