Talent Temporary Workforce: Lead Specialist, Learning Strategy & Operations

This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte's Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Lead Specialist, Learning & Development role between March 2025 and September 2025 for our Consulting Learning & Development team.

Our Learning Strategy & Operations role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, leverage communication and influencing skills to engage effectively and credibly and manage key operational tasks that enhance the capabilities of Deloitte Consulting practitioners. Work you'll do

You will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include:

  • Support strategic initiatives and projects, playing an active role in project plans, slide deck creation, and operational efforts

  • Execute the Consulting Faculty Program (CFP) to allow for the successful support and alignment of practioners to facilitate cross-consulting programs, including periodic reporting on program metrics, impact and opportunities as well as serving as a liaison with Deloitte Leadership & Human Potential on Internal Faculty Training (IFT) needs

  • Assist with the ongoing efforts of the LearningHub, including monthly metrics and reporting

  • Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes

  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

  • Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers

  • Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems

    Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 6 years of related professional experience supporting strategic initiatives and projects, slide deck creation, and operations

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred

  • Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial

  • Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900-$134,300.
