Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Cisco Voice Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining Cisco-based voice and communication systems within our organization. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal voice network performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and configure Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and other Cisco voice solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice network issues, including call quality, latency, jitter, and packet loss.

  • Utilize Cisco tools and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.

  • Configure and manage voice gateways, session border controllers (SBCs), and SIP trunks, ensuring seamless integration with telephony systems.

  • Manage call routing and policies for optimal performance.

  • Integrate Cisco voice systems with existing communication systems and other business applications.

  • Ensure interoperability between voice and data networks to maintain a high-quality communication experience.

  • Monitor voice network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and optimize call flows to ensure high availability and excellent quality of service (QoS)." Internal Contact Center, CUCM, CME

.Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal CVP Operations

  • Must be able to work onsite in Memphis

  • HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
