Overview:

Our company's Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with our company's Inbound Transportation. As our company continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily

• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real-time

• Identify transportation defect root causes

• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers

• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers

• Lead Daily Business Review Stand-up calls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
