Insight Global Service Contracts Administrator in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified Service Contracts Administrator in support of one of our large clients in Nashville, TN. This candidate will utilize foundational knowledge of Philips Customer Services business and portfolio offerings to support Service Sales. They will review proposals to ensure compliance before order acceptance, create and manage orders in the ERP system, and handle service contracts throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
· Coordinate all phases of service contract management, including review, compliance verification, and operationalization of customer deliverables
· Ensure data accuracy and streamline processes using CRM systems, ERP software, and custom databases
· Serve as the primary contact for service contract booking requests and resolve customer entitlement issues
· Analyze and communicate contract requirements, pricing, and terms to ensure compliance with laws, policies, and internal standards
· Create and maintain procedures, streamline cross-functional processes, and build partnerships across teams
· Manage priorities, support teammates, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to align with business goals
Proactively manage priorities and escalate issues when necessary

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study and 1-2 years of experience OR 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Support role
Good customer service skills and attention to detail
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word & Excel) Experience in customer service and/or contract processing
Familiar with working in CRM and ERP systems null
