Senior IT Project Manager – Driving Enterprise Innovation & Digital Transformation

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading complex IT initiatives ? As the Senior IT Project Manager , you’ll take charge of enterprise-wide technology projects , including ERP implementations, SaaS solutions, demand management, and IT service management —ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and IT leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives. Your expertise in enterprise applications, IT governance, and vendor management will be crucial in delivering scalable, high-performing solutions that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with scope and objectives.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with IT, business units, vendors, and external partners to drive successful project delivery.

• Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance and provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.

• System & Process Optimization: Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives while implementing best practices in project management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field.

• Preferred: Master’s degree.

Experience:

• Required: Eight (8) years of IT project management experience, with a focus on ERP, SaaS, ITSM, and demand management implementations.

• Required: Proven expertise in leading enterprise-wide IT projects from inception to completion.

• Required: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.

• Requirement: Extensive PPM software experience.

• Required: Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts, including SaaS agreements.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Required: PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or equivalent certification.
