Summary of Position
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team within the Digital – Courseware Development business unit. This role is a critical part of the quality system by analyzing customer feedback and providing corrective actions for quality issues.
This is a customer-facing role and requires collaboration with internal teams. The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and effectiveness of the learning experience in our courses. This position identifies areas for
improvement across the entire learning journey, from course content to support services. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a student-centered mindset are essential for success in this role. student learning experience in SANS Institute.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze quality data and report findings in Daily Quality Management meetings
· Work with the customer directly to gather additional information about defects and provide resolutions to customer issues
· Track, analyze, and document quality data to make sure issues get corrected for product health
· Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback about defects and implement corrective actions
· Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to solve problems, continuously improve quality, and improve overall student learning
· Other duties as required
Basic Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year experience working in a role that required leadership skills to influence/manage people with or without direct reports
· Familiarity with Microsoft office products and Smartsheet
· Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools such as 5 Whys and Root Cause Countermeasure
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Green Belt Certified
· Familiarity with ServiceNow
Reporting Relationships
This position reports to the Quality Manager and has no direct reports.
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote work environment. Minimal travel may be required once per year.

The base salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and years of experience. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
