Description
The Operations Risk Compliance (ORC) WW PMO, is looking for a strong project manager, who will be responsible for the overall project management of monthly and quarterly business reports (MBR, QBR). This is an exciting and high visibility role. You will own these important mechanisms for the world wide Compliance organization. You will engage with our internal stakeholders to identify content and ensure it is of the quality to be presented to L10 leadership. A successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the customer, brings simplified solutions to complex problems and does what they say they will do.
Key job responsibilities
Manage senior stakeholders across multiple internal organizations.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and influence, and drive projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment
Makes recommendations to senior management on opportunities for organizational and business-level risk mitigation
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
