The Organization Effectiveness Lead optimizes the effectiveness of a company, business unit, or team. Analyze the internal structure of the organization and create strategies to maximize employee work output and effectively utilize employee skills. The Organization Effectiveness Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Organization Effectiveness Lead
Partner with Go to Market, Sales Leadership, Product Strategy, and Business SMEs to plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of training programs for Group Sales
Own weekly reporting to determine course progress/completions and course feedback. Communicate progress to Sales leadership
Create and develop project documentation, including project plans, roadmap, and executive summaries
Represent Learning and Development team on enterprise-wise initiatives (e.g. Learning Council), present accomplishments and strategy to leadership; influence partners to ensure training initiatives are completed using a “just in time” approach
Partner with internal and external teams to ensure proficiency in and effectiveness of Sales Enablement Platform
Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively.
May develop change management strategies, design and implement development programs, and drive talent mobility initiatives
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues and works under minimal supervision
Analyzes course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8 or more years of training/sales enablement experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving sales associate experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate Degree or Higher
Group insurance experience
Sales training experience
Sales Enablement Platform background

Work at Home Requirements
• WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

• Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
