Logistics Material Technician I
The Logistics Material Technician I supports the order fulfillment process by inspecting and documenting inventory for quality and accuracy, ensuring damage-free and on-time product delivery, managing shipments of miscellaneous items, and handling the receipt, put away, and storage of AllParts Medical (APM) inventory.
Your role:
Execute order fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate inventory inspection and documentation. Confirm the quality and accuracy of orders before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate the shipment of miscellaneous items not directly tied to customer orders, such as cores, vendor returns, trade show materials, and forward stock inventory.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of APM inventory, ensuring that all items are properly documented and stored in accordance with company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and shipping of orders. Maintain clear communication with relevant departments to address and resolve any potential delays in shipping schedules.
Monitor shipping schedules, track shipments, and proactively address any potential delays. Implement strategies to enhance delivery performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

You have a high school diploma
You have 4+ years shipping and receiving experience, showcasing your ability to handle inbound/outbound logistics efficiently.
You are intermediate computer skills in programs like Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with strong communication and time management skills, enable you to perform tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
You thrive in collaborative team environments, contributing to group success and supporting your colleagues.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $17.50 to $30.00 per hour.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
