Job Summary and Qualifications:

This is your chance to get exposure into one of the most innovative business units within HCA Healthcare - Care Transformation and Innovation (CT&I)! The CT&I Data Science intern will be a part of a step change in healthcare through a clinically led integration of data and AI technologies into care. The CT&I Data Science intern will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal by actively solving for and implementing a broad range of data science solutions to drive transformational change.

What qualifications you will need:

• Computer Vision

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) / Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Forecasting and Optimization / Simulation

• MLOPS

• Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”

• Typical work week hours can vary depending on workload and project deliverables

• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• SQL and/or Python

Preferred Experience:

• Data Science modeling techniques

• Large language models

• Google Cloud

• GitHub Repos

• Basic software development practices

Required Education:

• Masters of Data Science degree – Completed or In-Progress
