Description We are seeking a General Office Clerk to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various administrative duties, providing customer service, and ensuring efficient data entry. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out administrative tasks such as organizing files and scheduling appointments

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues

• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, contributing to the maintenance of customer records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook to complete tasks and manage customer information

• Perform scanning duties as required

• Manage shipping functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of items Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Experience in providing administrative assistance

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries

• Ability to organize files and maintain an orderly filing system

• Experience in performing scanning tasks

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Understanding of shipping functions and the ability to handle related tasks

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
