Job Title: Freight Account Manager
Job Description
The Enterprise Account team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with their transportation services. As this team continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, they consistently
evaluate the current defects within their shipping network and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role,
the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Support vendors and sellers with transportation issues
Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
Identify transportation defect root causes
Monitor, verify, and present data daily
Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
Lead daily business review stand up calls
Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
Skills & Qualifications
Two years of account management in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Customer service skills
Experience managing disruptions as they occur
Microsoft Excel
Critical thinking skills
Data analytics
Experience writing documents, such as process improvement proposals
Effective communication and organizational skills
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office (Monday and Tuesday) and 3 days remote until January 2025 . After that, the role will
be 100% in-office. You will be working in a highly collaborative and friendly environment with a team split between three regions: Phoenix, Nashville, and Atlanta.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
