Surface Transportation org is expanding and introducing new capabilities to our Maintenance business that supports all Middle Mile assets (tractors, trailers, box trucks, hostlers). In this role you will deliver world class solutions while wearing many hats and working in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. This role will require strong analytical skills to deep dive problems and influence teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business.
Key job responsibilities
• Create and automate reporting to drive informed business decisions
• Work with external vendors to root cause and solve identified problems
• Drive compliance of existing processes through partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Other administrative ad-hoc needs as necessary
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional or military experience
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
