House of Blues Director of Operations- Brooklyn Bowl Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Summary:
The Director of Operations of Brooklyn Bowl Nashville will work directly under the General Manager. The Director of Operations will provide leadership and direction working with the staff and each manager, overseeing all front of house and back of house responsibilities alongside complete venue management. They will have direct supervision over BOH and FOH.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Oversee restaurant, bar, venue, and bowling operations to keep a high level of brand standards
Attend manager, production, kitchen planning, sales & events, and box office meetings as needed
Alongside GM, attend meetings that pertain to P&L.
Working closely with managers on daily and weekly staff schedules
Maintain Point of Sale system
Maintain food and beverage menus- update as needed
Oversee hiring, training, and testing of staff
Create training manuals, and standardized testing for staff
Create, maintain, and uphold all checklists and logs for all aspects of operations
Implement Standard Operations Plans, emergency action plans and HR policies for staff and clients

QUALIFICATIONS
Physical ability and stamina to perform all functions of the job, including the ability to lift heavy objects and work long hours when needed
Must be flexible to alternate between daytime, nighttime or weekend shifts based on event schedules
Previous production management experience
Ability to work in fast-paced, constantly changing show environment
Working in an environment with loud music and crowds for extended periods of time
