We are hiring immediately for a full time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR position.
Location: Asurion Cafe-1101 Church Street. Nashville, TN 37203 Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time schedule; open availability preferred. Monday-Thursday, Possible Fridays, Day Shifts; more details upon interview.
Requirement: Prior Food Service and Administrative experience required.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00

Job Summary
Drives a hospitality-focused environment by greeting guests, offering samples, assisting with transactions, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. Maintains guest services in accordance with company standards, ensuring satisfaction at the service Kiosks/POS and across all points of interaction. Supports operations through effective media/digital controls while fostering teamwork and guest engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
Ensures that all marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Oversees and authorizes guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, check authorizations, charge sends, and discretion discounts.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
