We are in search of a Communication Specialist to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is crucial to the successful operation and communication of our contract portfolio to our members. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing all communication information through our member portal and will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of published communications.

Responsibilities:

• Independently develop complete contract packages for each agreement in the portfolio.

• Develop and ensure accuracy of documentation for the contract packages by analyzing information and collaborating with the Negotiator/Portfolio Specialist and Supplier.

• Meet deadlines for all member communications consistently.

• Ensure all Contract Packages are consistent with established marketing and brand guidelines.

• Develop various reports used externally with members and internally to drive operations of the organization.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and adhere to critical timelines.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the contracting process, contract terminology, and communication process.

• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure all communications are accurate and published on time.

• Utilize advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite and strong proficiency in Microsoft.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business, writing/publishing, or contract communications.

• Experience communicating contract portfolio value to customers is strongly preferred.

• GPO contract operations experience preferred.

• Copywriting and proofreading experience required.

• Project management experience preferred.
