This is a rare opportunity to build an IT department from the ground up , leveraging your expertise in SaaS solutions to create a forward-thinking, technology-driven environment. You’ll oversee IT strategy, implementation, and operations, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient systems that align with the company’s mission to enhance patient care and operational excellence.
As part of the executive team, you’ll chart the path for IT initiatives that directly impact the organization’s growth and success. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of building IT infrastructures—not hardware stacks or app development, but robust, scalable SaaS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with operational and financial goals, driving digital transformation and enterprise-wide systems implementation (ERP, CRM, BI, ITSM).
Collaboration and Innovation : Foster cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders while cultivating a culture of innovation to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and business scalability.
Security and Compliance : Safeguard organizational data and IT systems through robust cybersecurity strategies and ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX.
Operational Excellence : Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations, including software integrations, ITSM processes, and disaster recovery plans, ensuring scalability, reliability, and resilience.
Team and Resource Management : Build and lead high-performing teams, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize budgets to deliver cost-effective, cutting-edge technology solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with a focus on IT.
Experience:
Required: 10+ years of progressive experience in information technology leadership roles with at least five years in executive-level management.
Required: Proven track record of successfully leading IT strategy, ERP/ SaaS implementations, infrastructure projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required: Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software development, and cybersecurity.
Required: Successful track record of implementing multiple large-scale projects.
Required: Experience with mergers and acquisition including divestitures and stand-ups.
Required: Experience in delivery strategy including inhouse, and outsourced (near-shore and offshore) models.
Preferred: Experience in a healthcare industry.
