Title: Business Office Manager, 3rd Shift - 11:00pm to 7:30am

ONSITE - Nashville, TN (2 roles) and Murfreesboro (1 role)

Our client is looking for a Business Office Manager to work 2nd SHIFT at a hospital to supervise a team of 5 to 20 performing data entry type of work. The primary function will be to manage the daily tasks performed by the team to ensure everyone stays on track to meet their metrics/KPI for the day. The project is scheduled to last about 4 to 8 weeks.

· Position includes managing a team of contractors that have been brought on to scan medical records.

o Facilitate the onboarding and serve as first point of contact for contractors.

o Learn and implement training program as needed.

o Escalate identified issues/risks

o Help to develop, maintain project materials (status reports, training plan, etc.)

o Track progress against metrics or workload requirements on a daily basis

· Management/Leadership experience in a fast paced, high-volume role

· Strong people skills- will need to manage up (client and end client) and down (contractors)

· Proven to be resourceful and flexible. We need problem solvers.

· Not someone prone to turnover - need to stay for the length of the contract

Background check, occupational health screening and drug screen (including THC) is required
