Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Building Maintenance Technician skilled in basic electrical work, plumbing, repairing doors, replacing ceiling and floor tiles, and minor carpentry. This role is perfect for a jack-of-all-trades who can handle a variety of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of working with minimal oversight after initial training. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings/nights may be arranged once trained. Must be able to operate an Air Handler Unit.
Responsibilities
Perform basic electrical work and plumbing repairs.
Repair doors and replace ceiling and floor tiles.
Conduct minor carpentry tasks.
Operate and manage Air Handler Units.
Work with minimal oversight after training.

Work Environment
The work environment is a hospital located in Nashville, TN. The role includes shift differentials: $2.50 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for night shifts, $3.00 for weekend 2nd shifts, and $3.00 for weekend night shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
