Title: Site Supervisor/"Pod Lead"

THIRD shift - 11:00pm to 7:30am

Contract: 12 weeks

ONSITE in Nashville, TN

The Pod Lead will be managing contractors on-site at a local hospital, overseeing the scanning of medical records. This role involves onboarding, training, tracking progress, and escalating identified issues. A few days of training may occur during First shift before starting the Third shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contractors responsible for scanning medical records

• Facilitate the onboarding process and serve as the initial contact for contractors

• Escalate identified issues or risks promptly

• Develop and maintain project materials, including status reports and training plans

• Represent the project on-site to other leaders

• Utilize leadership skills to manage people effectively

• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) daily to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

• Experience in onboarding new team members and implementing training programs

• Proficiency in KPI reporting and the ability to use data to drive team performance and decision-making

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information to team members and stakeholders

• Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once without compromising on quality

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

• Basic Excel skills needed to tracking metrics
