Process customer orders and shipments, serving as one of the main contacts for customers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain customer open order releases in MRP system, entering schedules according to guidelines and flagging any conflicts
- Frequent customer website review for initial and changing demand in schedules
- Process customer and supplier outbound shipment documents with SAP
- Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries on delivery information and expedites
- Communicate to Shipping Department and Production Planners the needs and requests of customers
- Maintain customer order documents, records, files, premium freight log and records, and other relative files
