Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the service industry, specifically for a Network Security Administrator role located in Naples, Florida. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the security measures within our IT structure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining security standards, risk assessments, documentation, and procedures related to our information services, business continuity, and disaster recovery environments.

• Keeping a vigilant eye on data logs and alerts generated from monitored security events, including data loss protection and data movement.

• Serving as the primary technical contact to address information security issues, concerns, or questions raised by users or support staff, and escalating when necessary.

• Assisting in the timely delivery of important security developments, escalations, and activities to the appropriate personnel.

• Conducting research on new and emerging security technologies to ensure we maintain high levels of performance.

• Participating in technical audits to ensure we comply with security policies and other industry standards.

• Performing root-cause analysis on information security related incidents, updating procedures or other controls to prevent future incidents, and determining and implementing enhancements to improve security. Requirements • Proficient understanding of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

• Experience with Checkpoint technology

• Familiarity with Cisco ASA and Cisco ASA Firewall

• Ability to work with Cisco Routers

• Strong knowledge of Authentication processes

• Expertise in Check Point systems

• Experience with Checkpoint Firewall

• Understanding of Computer Hardware
