Robert Half Commission Processing Specialist in Naples, Florida
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Commission Processing Specialist in the Real Estate industry based in Naples, Florida. As a Commission Processing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for handling commissions with precision and efficiency, using internal accounting systems, and ensuring timely payments to Real Estate Sales Advisors and Referral Brokers. This role involves significant use of computer systems and demands high levels of organization and independent work to meet daily requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process commissions for real estate advisor transactions
• Accurately issue checks and distribute commission payments
• Handle commission adjustments calculations with high precision
• Professionally respond to calls and emails, maintaining clarity and conciseness in communication
• Assist field with inquiries, including transaction-specific questions, calculations, and procedures
• Request and obtain necessary paperwork to process commissions and referrals
• Adhere to company and department deadlines, policies, and procedures
• Utilize strong administrative skills for reconciliation, organization, and prioritization
• Manage high-volume times and self-manage any stressors associated with high volume
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Requirements
Expertise in Check Processing Commissions Accounting or Real Estate administrative/back-office experience strongly preferred
Strong computer skills, a working knowledge of Windows including Outlook, Excel, and Word and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong administrative skills for reconciliation, organization, and prioritization
Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong written and verbal skills
Able to type quickly and accurately on a keyboard while using multiple tabs/windows with ease
Ability to learn internal and external real estate related applications
Ability to manage high-volume times and self-manage any stressors associated with said volume
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
