Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm at 15455 COLLIER BLVD Naples, FL 34119

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greets patient with strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone

  • Collects co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and issues receipts

  • Answer telephone calls, redirects calls as needed, assist callers with questions or concerns, and takes messages as needed

  • Processes medical records requests, processes referrals, and ensure correspondence is prepared, faxed, and/or scanned appropriately

  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients, employee, and the public

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • 1+ years of related work experience in the medical field

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem solvers

  • Must have strong communication skills both verbally and electronically

  • Must be a strong team player
