Description We are looking to bring on board an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in Naples, Florida. As an Accounting Manager/Supervisor, you will be expected to manage various accounting functions, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and conduct regular auditing. This role also includes managing accounting software systems and handling billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of accounting software systems to ensure smooth operations

• Supervise and manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards

• Administer accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Conduct regular auditing of financial records to identify and rectify discrepancies

• Manage billing functions, ensuring that all invoices are sent out in a timely manner and payments are received and recorded accurately

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is needed.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.

• Competence in handling Billing Functions is required.
