Drive semi-truck with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs. Drive long distances and transport goods from one location to another. Abide by traffic laws, ensure safe loading, unloading and delivery at destination. Report any incidents encountered on the road to dispatcher. Inspect trailer before and after the trip and record any defects found. Maintain a log of working hours, following all federal and state regulations. Maintain trucks and associated equipment clean and in good working order.
