We are currently hiring Direct Care Staff/Caretakers in Napa, CA to provide care for a specific individual. We require a minimum of one year of experience in supported living, independent living, adult day programs, or working with individuals with a disability. Having a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a plus. We offer flexible scheduling options, as well as on-call opportunities. Our services are provided in the comfort of the individuals' own homes, not in a facility.
Pay Range: DOE

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
