Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Summary:Support Maintenance engineer for the daily operations of equipment to make sure the smoothly running.
Responsibilities Include:
对公司的各类机械运行设备的日常维护，在线振动分析， 并做好记录。维护特种设备的维护记录， 确保有效准确
Be in charge of the equipment test/Daily maintenance /inspection/calibration, take vibration check for equipment, also maintain Special equipment.
对全厂的生产设备进行巡检， 并报告和处理发现的问题
Participating the routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities of plant equipment, solve the problem and report accordingly.
负责设备文档整理工作，备件管理以及外包工的管理
Be responsible for documentation, spare parts, and contractor management.
协助设备工程师做好设备的数据收集， 落实SAP的管理工作
Support engineers to collect equipment data/drawing, maintain SAP.
参与5S
Take part in 5S activity.
