Job Title: Advanced Engineer - Quality
Summary: 按照质量管理体系（ISO9001、IATF16949、EFfCI、Halal等）要求和迈图内部质量控制流程, 有序开展质量相关活动：质量设计、质量保证、质量控制、质量改进等，并持续改进提高。
Implement all quality activities including Quality Design, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement, etc. according to Quality System: ISO9001, IATF16949, EFfCI, Halal, etc. and Momentive Quality System and Process. And continuously keep improvement.
Responsibilities Include:
具有丰富的实验室安全管理知识和经验，并将其应用到实验室安全运行上，确保实验室日常工作安全有序进行，无相关安全事故发生。
负责编写实验室安全管理的各项规章制度，并培训实验室员工，使得员工深入了解各项规章制度，并在日常工作中得到有效执行，从而达到部门的年度安全目标。
熟练掌握所负责的生产线产品质量相关知识（聚合物、乳液、电子材料等），在工艺过程质量控制和产品质量控制等方面具备丰富的经验，制定相应的质量控制流程，并应用到实际产品生产活动中，持续改进提高产品质量，从而达到每条生产线和部门、工厂的年度质量目标。
负责调查客户对于产品质量投诉，运用质量调查工具，找出根本原因，防止质量事故再次发生。
具备丰富的测试仪器方面的知识和经验，制定仪器日常维护和保养计划，能够解决日常测试中仪器出现的故障，使得测试工作顺利进行，无由于仪器故障导致的测试延误。
有效监控原材料的质量，制定相应的监控流程及供应商质量审核计划，确保合格原材料有效供应，无由于原材料质量问题引起产品不合格现象。
积极完成NPI/NPT涉及质量方面的工作：建立新的测试方法、确定新的测试仪器参数和型号，员工培训等。无质量因素导致NPI/NPT延误，与其它相关部门密切配合，使得NPI/NPT按期完成。
具备丰富的质量体系运行方面的知识和经验，在工厂协助运行ISO9001, IATF16949、EFfCI GMP、Halal等质量体系，制定年度内审计划，负责开展年度体系内审活动和配合体系外审活动，并负责按时关闭所有的发现项目，确保通过质量体系的外审。
与工厂其它职能部门、公司全球质量等职能部门，公司全球其它工厂紧密配合，积极推进和协调相关工作并提供支持，确保相关工作按期完成。在工厂和全球积极分享最佳实践，及提供相关建议解决工厂和全球遇到的问题。
Has rich knowledge and experience in laboratory safety management and applies them to the safe operation of the laboratory to ensure that the daily work of the laboratory is carried out safely and orderly without the occurrence of related safety accidents.
Responsible for working out laboratory safety management rules and standard procedures and delivering the training to laboratory staff. Ensure the staff in-depth understanding of the rules and standard procedures and to be effectively implemented in daily work, so as to achieve the annual safety goals of the department.
Proficient in product quality related knowledge (Polymer, Emulsion, Electronic Materials, etc.) of the production line in charge. Has rich experience in process quality control and product quality control, develop the corresponding quality control process standard, and apply to the actual product production activities to continuously improve product quality, so as to achieve the annual quality goals of each production line, department and plant.
Responsible for investigating customer complaints on product quality, use quality investigation tools to find out the root cause and prevent quality accidents from happening again.
Has rich knowledge and experience in testing instruments and makes daily maintenance plan for instruments. Be capable of solving the failure of instruments in daily testing, so that the test work can be carried out smoothly without any test delay caused by instrument failure.
Effectively monitor the quality of raw materials, develop the corresponding monitoring standard procedures and supplier quality audit plan. Ensure the effective supply of qualified raw materials without product failure cases caused by raw material quality issues.
Actively complete the quality work of NPI/NPT: establish new test methods, determine new test instrument parameters and models, staff training, etc. No NPI/NPT delay due to quality factor. Work with cross-functionals to complete NPI/NPT on schedule.
Has rich knowledge and experience in quality system operation.Assist in running ISO9001, IATF16949, EFfCI GMP, Halal and other quality systems in the plant. Develop annual internal audit plan, carry out annual internal audit activities and cooperate with external audit, and close all findings on time. Ensure passing the external audit of quality system.
Work closely with other functional departments of the site, global quality and other cross-functionals, and other plants across global to actively promote and coordinate related work and provide support to ensure that relevant work is completed on schedule. Actively share best practices in the plants and globally, and provide relevant support to solve problems in the plants and globally.
