As a R&D Engineer II of the MEIC, you will collaborate with the product development teams globally. You will be working with mechanical group involving on Design, CAD Robust Modelling , Drawings with strong GD&T application, Tolerance Stack up analysis, Test Fixtures Design , Prototype Building and applying your knowledge on medical devices/products.

As a result, we need a R-D Engineer II who will ensure we deliver the best on-time with high quality for our products.

• R&D Engineer II should have the very good knowledge on product development process and cross-functional aspects.

• Should be able to prepare 2D drawings per ASME Standards with sound knowledge on GD&T

• Should create 3D CAD Models using Creo either from scratch or able to edit the complex models

• Should create 1D and 2D Tolerance Stack up analysis and ability to consider GD&T as well

• Should be able to understand design problems and bring up optimal workable solution

• Must be having to communicate outstandingly with our US team

• Must be able to efficiently collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

• Should be able to use windchill PDM link to manage CAD Data flawlessly

• Ability to support the Product Development Team with application of design engineering to new product design.

• Should have an extraordinary communication in terms of articulating and writing.

Must-Have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 7 years of relavent experience.

• Hands on CAD systems such as Creo – expert level (Drafting & Modelling) as well as data management systems such as Windchill , Creo Simuation and Creo Mechanism.

• Very good verbal communications to interact with global partners .

• Knowledge in Concept Development, Prototyping and Benchmark Testing

• Well verse with GD&T and tolerance stack up analysis

Nice to Have :

• Medical Device Experience

• Master Degree

• GD&T Certification

• Cetol

• ANSYS or any equivalent Prediction Software
