Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are looking for two production workers for 12-hour day shifts. One position is available on A shift and the other on C shift. Candidates with previous electronic manufacturing experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to help out in other departments are preferred. A positive attitude is crucial, as all skills can be trained. We are open to entry-level candidates from various backgrounds including retail, fast food, food services, and other manufacturing fields. Basic computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
Operate under close supervision and within established policies and procedures.
Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet assembly metrics.
Sit or stand during the shift, with standing required at times.
Monitor own work to ensure quality standards are met and look for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste.

High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
One or more years of related experience preferred
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team
Good oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to learn and be comfortable completing different tasks frequently

Work Environment
The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The shifts are 12 hours each: A Shift from 6 am to 6 pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday; C Shift from 6 am to 6 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
