Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are looking for two production workers for 12-hour day shifts. One position is available on A shift and the other on C shift. Candidates with previous electronic manufacturing experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to help out in other departments are preferred. A positive attitude is crucial, as all skills can be trained. We are open to entry-level candidates from various backgrounds including retail, fast food, food services, and other manufacturing fields. Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

• Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

• Work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.

• Operate under close supervision and within established policies and procedures.

• Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.

• Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet assembly metrics.

• Sit or stand during the shift, with standing required at times.

• Monitor own work to ensure quality standards are met and look for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste.

• Ability to learn and be comfortable completing different tasks frequently

Work Environment

The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The shifts are 12 hours each: A Shift from 6 am to 6 pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday; C Shift from 6 am to 6 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
