Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift
Job Description
We are looking to hire several production workers for our day shift. The first week of training will run from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, and from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Tuesday through Friday. After training, the regular shift will be from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Ideal candidates should have previous electronic manufacturing experience, particularly in through-hole or surface mount soldering, along with a strong mechanical aptitude. However, entry-level candidates from retail, fast food/food services, and other manufacturing fields are also encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills, including navigation, basic Excel, and Outlook experience, are required.
Responsibilities
Testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
Acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Working on assignments that are routine in nature under close supervision.
Supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
Operating within established policies and procedures and seeking approval for deviations.
Meeting metrics for assembly tasks, such as assembling hose components.
Essential Skills
Previous electronic manufacturing experience (through-hole or surface mount soldering).
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Basic computer skills (navigating programs, basic Excel, Outlook).
Great attitude and willingness to be flexible.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
One (1) or more years of related experience preferred.
Adapts to changes in work environment.

Work Environment
The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The regular hours are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. During the initial week of orientation, the schedule will be 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, and 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Tuesday through Friday. Candidates have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, although some standing will be required. The work involves light industrial/general assembly with lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
