Emerson Project Manager in MÖLNLYCKE, Sweden

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Project Management: Lead the product development from early concept phase until the product is being produced. This by managing all phases including planning, design development, quality assurance, supplier preparation and production preparation.

  • Team Leadership: Effectively lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment to meet project timelines and objectives.

  • Project Planning: Develop and complete comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication strategies to prioritize tasks and address escalations effectively.

  • Risk Management : Identify project challenges, assess risks, and implement solutions to mitigate potential impacts.

  • Resource Coordination: Manage internal and external resources, including suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing teams.

  • Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with senior management and project teams, providing clear oral and written updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Relevant experience and exposure in a product development environment, preferably in developing products including electronics, software and mechanics.

  • Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or relevant academic background with work experience.

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

  • Good leadership skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to empower the project team to achieve set goals

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in leading development engineers, purchasers and supplier quality engineers and operations engineers designing production lines.

  • Experience from development according to gated processes and Lean-Agile methods.
